Jaguars of the Aquicuana | Tracking the Amazon's Largest Apex Predator
In the Aquicuana Reserve of the Bolivian Amazon, researcher Rachel Lawson is tracking the jungle’s largest apex predator: the jaguar. Based out of the Aquicuana Research Station, and with the help of local trackers, she has set out to capture as much footage of jaguars in the reserve as possible. Through her research, the scientific community can gain a deeper understanding of this elusive cat—and use that knowledge to better protect this incredible ecosystem. 🌿 To support Kay Pacha Initiative and help protect the Aquicuana Reserve for future generations, visit: www.kaypachainitiative.org/donate Directed by Brian Sachson Produced by Odyssey Filmworks Director Of Photography Joseph Del Valle Starring Rachel Lawson Edited by Brian Sachson Sound Mix by Joseph Del Valle To learn more visit us at: www.kaypachainitiative.org www.instagram.com/briansachson www.instagram.com/kaypachainitiative www.instagram.com/odysseyfilmworks www.sustainablebolivia.org www.linkedin.com/in/rachelk-lawson
